Single Room Ensuite £20 - £30 pppn.
Double Room £25 - £30 pppn.
Superior SuperKing Room £25 - £32.50 pppn.
Twin Room £25 - £32.50.
Family Rooms Vary.
Single occupancy rates £30 - £45 when booking a double, superking or twin room.

CHILDREN PRICES

Children prices are based on two adults sharing  a room.

1- 5 years £8 per night 
5 - 12 years £13 per night
12 - 16 years £16 per night

When children accompaining one adult all ages £20.

SCHOOL & BANK HOLIDAYS

School & Bank holidays weekends 2 nights mininum.

DEPOSITS

A deposit equal to one nights stay is required to secure the room. The deposit will be refunded if enough time has been given by the guests for the room to be re-let.

Telephone booking or email booking must be confimed with  payment within one week or the booking will be cancelled.
